What Have I Done?
My first week of work went extremely well. There's tons to learn, but I like the challenge. After being away from Sarah and Maci for a whole week, it was nice to get home and reconnect. It's hard to believe how much our daughter changes on a weekly basis. Maci has started to pick up on the words we say. She has even demonstrated the ability to pick things up and name them.
She is very intuitive and aware of what's going on. The latest acheivement is where I have to ask, "What have I done?" Only those of you that know me well are going to understand what's transpired.
My poor daughter walked up to me yesterday afternoon and said as clear as crystal, "Boogie, Boogie". The horror came as I recognized a tiny booger stuck to her little pointer finger! I have purposed in my heart not to pick my nose in front of my daughter, but somewhere along the way the curse has been passed. I was going to take a picture, but I didn't want to turn your stomachs.
I guess I can be thankful that she is truly disgusted by having the thing on her finger.
Pray for me you guys! And, Sarah, I'm sorry!

HEy Walt not to much here. hey walt sarah and maci!!! you cannot believe haw much iv'e missed you guys! hey walt, glad 2 haer about the job and excited that you made if to 27, and WOW maci is getting big!!.i have been SOOOOO busy l8ly that i haven't been able to get on an'see what's been goin' on. Although, it hasn't been in vain! i made it on the cast for By Bye Birdie, a musical being put on by great falls high, and one of the only 2 freshmen that made it on! wrestling season is starting up, and i've been trying to whieght lift but often time will not allow. NEway, i want 2 know what ur new address will be, and i'de like ur phone #. Luv u guy's sooo much n i'll talk 2 u l8r. see ya!
Hey Tait! That's awesome that you made it in the musical! It'd be fun if we could see you in it. Sounds like most of you are super busy! We are planning to move to Lincoln the end of October. Walt goes out of State for training the last 2 weeks of October--so be praying for us! We are all doing well. Ready to be settled! We love and miss you guys! along with the posted story "what have i done?"-----Maci points to her nose and says "boogie, boogie". Makes me such a proud mommy! :) Trying to teach her that only mommy gets the "boogies" out!!!
