Vernal Equinox

It's been spring for almost a month now. All I can say is it's nice to get off work and still see the sun. In other news, Maci seems to be talking a lot more everyday. Believe or don't, I think she understands the basic concepts of addition.

Yesterday I was going potty and she was on her potty. Pointing at her potty she said, "One potty," and pointing at my toilet she said, "and one potty!" Then she said, "Two potties!" Watch out world because my daughter knows how to add thrones!

One of these days, I'll get her to talk on here for you.

I had my first severe rollerblading accident last night. I didn't break anything, but I did sprain my left knee and ankle. I had just arrived at the skate park around 8 last night. I went up and down a couple of the quarter pipes, no problems. Then I went for a routine decent down a 10 foot roll-in over a funbox and up a 15 foot quarter pipe, did a 180 and before I could say antidisestablishmentarianism, I was on the ground in pain. I came down on the inside of my left and it twisted away from my body and put extra stress on my ankle. Owie!

I was back in the car, heading for home at 8:25 pm. What a drag!

So I'm done skating for at least a week or so.
